The holding comprises two distinct farmsteads — Stenbury Manor Farm and its "home farm" known as Newbarn Farm Stenbury — along with traditional Island Stone farm buildings currently undergoing restoration. The estate sits within the Isle of Wight National Landscape, in one of the most unspoilt and beautiful corners of the southern Island, just outside Whitwell between Godshill and Niton.
The estate is a walkers' and horse riders' dream, with direct access to bridleways and sensational views across the Island's most cherished landscape.
